Our team has worked with many clients providing onsite assistance in various management capacities such as registration, room monitors, logistics, transportation, dine-arounds, and speaker care. Here are some comments from our customers:

Registration
We have experience with mall, medium and large registrations. Our service has helped many clients with successful attendee registrations that included automated confirmations, badges, onsite management, and financial reporting.
Distance Learning

Conventions
We have participated in pre-planning and implementing nationwide conventions with up to 10,000 attendees. Our responsibilities have included pre-planning of registration and guest tours, as well as onsite staff training and management. Our customers and attendees have thanked us for:

Seminars
Sales and training seminars of all sizes. We have handled site selection, speaker contracting, hand-out material, attendee travel and hotel arrangements. We have set up seminars throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. When talking about our staff, some of our customers have said:

Board Retreats
Our most successful theme was “Simply the Best”. The theme was incorporated at every turn including an ice-breaker and a PowerPoint loop with photos and Tina Turner music. Only to be topped by the Tina impersonator welcome dinner.
Casino Night Parties
Fundraisers that are mostly fun! These parties have included craps, roulette, black jack, Texas Hold’em, prize drawings, and auctions. We’ve seen it work best when the card dealers are volunteers from the host organization.
Website Maintenance
Currently maintaining websites to include calendar updates, leadership roster, current events, products and services. Here’s what our customers are saying:

Golf Tournaments
Not only is more business done on the golf course than anywhere else . . . . more money can be raised for your favorite charity, also. We have worked on several golf tournament planning committees.
